I decided to go to a new venue for lunch, today! CHANGE DOes a body GOod!
When I walked in, a mom was having lunch with her very outgoing, friendly 4 year old son. There was music playing on the overhead sound system. The boy was dancing in robot style. As I walked by, I mimicked his movements and danced with him. His mom smiled. The boy said: ‘I’M DANCING LIKE A ROBOT!’ I said: ‘I SEE! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LETTING ME KNOW! YOU ARE SO KIND!”
He informed me of more ROBOT DANCING information; as well as letting me know he would be eating HIS ENTIRE MEAL! Per mom, I’m sure.
After I ordered my food and sat down, the little boy continued to talk to me, walk around, dance around and clown around. I told him; as well as his mom: ‘He should go on local stage theatre!’ I let them know about LITTLE THEATRE OF MECHANICSBURG as well as OYSTER MILL PLAYHOUSE. The little boy was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of ROBOT DANCING! He was very animated! He showed me how his dancing robot would run out of energy, and his mom would have to recharge him – such as with eating his food. I asked if he had a wind up key on his back? HA HA
When they got ready to leave, the little boy said: ‘CAN I GET A HUG?’ I was a bit startled. I looked at the mom standing behind him, to make sure it was OKAY – GET PERMISSION, ETC. The mom gave slight nod and smile standing behind him. I said: OKAY! He came over and gave me a gentle hug! I returned the gesture with a little pat on his back. Then, they were out the door.
HOW SPECIAL WAS THAT GIFT? SUPER SPECIAL! WHAT A DO-GOODER was this BRIGHT, DANCING, INFORMATIVE SOUL!
I then walked down to a local ISAAC’s restaurant in the same plaza. I like to POST my GIVE A SMILE, TAKE A SMILE yellow card with little SMILE! 
tabs to be torn off and taken. The last one I had put up on their bulletin board, as you enter the main doors, was just about done with only two SMILE tabs left! I WAS SO THRILLED PEOPLE HAD EMBRACED THE GESTURE AND TAKEN THE SMILE TABLS! I PUT A FRESH ONE UP! IT WARMED MY HEART!
SUCH DO-GOODERS WERE THOSE WHO HAD EMBRACED THIS GIFT I POSTED! A BIG SMILE FORMED ON MY FACE AND IN MY HEART!
I headed over to a grocery store across the road. I asked a woman, who had just emptied her cart at her car, if she wanted me to take her cart back into the store? She smiled as she brought it to me. I laughed and said: ‘Well, I’m not going to!’ … as I took the cart. Then we BOTH LAUGHED OUT LOUD! Nothing like sharing a HEALTHY LAUGH while being a DO-GOODER!
In the store, I saw a very senior coulple in the pet food aisle. I joked that my cat prefers to sleep in a cardboard box that cost nothing, compared to the posh pet beds being sold. They chuckled with me. The man was in a physical assist electric cart. The woman was somewhat bent over pushing a larger cart. I asked her if she’d like a *SMILE! YOU’RE GREAT! mini-mirror on a popsicle stick outlook shift tool I give to folks. I let her know it might help her to find her smile on a bad day. She SMILED, noted she appreciated it, and said: BLESS YOU! WOW! ANOTHER HEART-WARMING MOMENT!
At the self-checkout, the cashier monitor had to come over to assist, due to a glitch in the scanning system. She was very professional. When I finished, I walked by her, gave her a compliment on her professionalism, letting her know I felt it should be applauded and acknowledged. She was grateful.
I decided to buy ONE POWER BALL 400+million lottery ticket for the next drawing. I then headed back out to my car.
As I went to return my cart to the parking lot cart corale, I noticed a larger cart sitting sideways at the entrance to the cart return. I was going to straighten in and push it in further. I then noticed there was a 12 can package of soda pop on the bottom shelf of the cart. A customer had purchased it and forgotten it.
I got the item, put it in my smaller cart and walked it back into the store’s service desk. I let the employee know where I had found it, that it was paid for, and the customer might realize and come back for it.
Feeling this was KARMA – HA HA – I told her I would buy ANOTHER powerball ticket with the POSITIVE ENERGY around me from returning the item to the store!
SURROUNDED BY DO-GOODER ACTIONS FROM OTHERS AND MYSELF – BRINGING SMILES, LAUGHTER, BLESSINGS, COMPLIMENTS AND HEART WARMING GOOD HEALTH – WISHING POSITIVE, HEALTHY OUTCOMES AND SUCCESS TO ALL!
